Terms of sale

The owner of the motodesain.ee web shop (hereinafter the Web Shop) is Motodesain OÜ (registry code XXXXXXXX, located in Tallinn, Estonia).

These terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Web Shop.

Prices of products sold in the Web Shop are indicated next to each product. The delivery fee is added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The fee is shown when placing the order.

Product information is displayed directly next to each product in the Web Shop.

To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart.

To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount to be paid will then be displayed and can be paid via a secure payment solution.

The contract takes effect when the amount due is received by the Web Shop.

If ordered goods cannot be delivered, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the amount paid will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 3 business days of the notification.

Goods are shipped to: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Standard delivery time is 5–14 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended up to 45 calendar days.

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal persons or to goods made to order.

Goods to be returned must be unused and in original packaging.

A withdrawal declaration may be submitted in any form by email to info@motodesain.ee no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except when the reason for return is incorrect or defective goods.

The Web Shop will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The Web Shop is liable for defects in goods that become apparent within two years of delivery.

The Web Shop will respond to the complaint within 15 days.

Defective goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded as necessary.

The Web Shop uses personal data only for processing orders and delivering goods.

Data may be disclosed to payment and transport partners.

Newsletters are sent only with the customer's consent.

You may opt out at any time by email or via the link in the newsletter.

If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Commission.

The European Union's online dispute resolution platform may also be used.
